About Me

I am interested in learning how to live as a human being. In my endeavors to understand how to take care of myself and each other, I’ve enjoyed digging into natural stewardship, humor, behavior, justice and my own lived experience. I reflect upon and process what I gather through comedy, writing and the performing arts.

Originally from Sacramento, I currently find myself in Jersey City, NJ. By day, I work as a preschool teacher at It Takes A Village and Wonderforest Nature Preschool and a marketing consultant for the environmental theater troupe Superhero Clubhouse. By night, I perform improvised comedy. And by dawn, I surf when I can.

While majoring in Earth Systems, B.S., at Stanford University, I pursued the Land Track with a Notation in Science Communication, and a Notation in Cardinal Service. I studied abroad in Santiago, Chile; Amman, Jordan; and Istanbul, Turkey, and have previously worked as a communications intern for environmental non-profits and advocacy groups, such as The Climate Reality Project, Greenaction for Health and Environmental Justice, and BlueGreen Alliance.
